His one-person web studio for small businesses in and around Ede. A fee-led model built on a demo-site-first approach: show the finished thing before anyone commits.
What needed solving.
Small local businesses often have no website or one that does not convert, and they rarely know what a replacement is worth or what it will cost.
How I got there.
Lead with a fixed, transparent price and a working demo site for their exact trade before any decision. Built eight distinct demo templates, each named for a real local business.
What it became.
A one-person studio with a published price board, a fixed fee for the first build plus optional maintenance, and a fabric of live demo templates.
What it actually did.
Removes the biggest fear a small business owner has: what a website costs and whether it will actually work for their trade. A published price and a live demo for their exact industry means they can judge the product before committing a euro.
