An AI-assisted quote and invoice generator for Dutch builders and technical freelancers: guided input, branded PDF export and online payment.
What needed solving.
Small independent tradespeople write quotes in Word and email them out. It is slow, inconsistent and impossible to track, and it takes time away from the actual work.
How I got there.
Replace the blank page with a guided form. Take the job details, generate a branded quotation and let the customer pay online, all from a single flow.
What it became.
A live quote generator with a free first quote, a small per-quote fee and a five-pack bundle, paid through Stripe.
What it actually did.
Turns the slowest part of a small trade's day, writing a quote, into one guided flow that ends in a branded PDF and a payment link. No more blank Word document and no more chasing an invoice.
